Psychoeducational Program

HCS’s Psychoeducational Program utilizes a person-centered approach to help each of our clients learn the necessary skills to manage everyday tasks and responsibilities. When clients begin services, the clinical interventionist will complete a thorough assessment and individualized service plan. The Clinical Interventionist will meet with clients in-person on a weekly basis. All SuRGE clients automatically receive wrap-around psychoeducational services. All other clients are eligible once an appropriate referral for psychoeducational services has been received.
