Help us fill our play therapy room!

 

In play therapy, the therapist uses play, toys, and games to help the child explore, express, and safely experience the difficulties they are working through. Our behavioral health department is asking for your help to get the applicable toys need.

 

Requested items:

Doll Items

  • Doll House
  • Doll furniture (sturdy wood)
  • Gumby (bendable nondescript figure)
  • Doll bed, clothes, etc.
  • Bendable doll family
  • Dolls (racially diverse)
  • Pacifier
  • Nursing bottle (plastic)

Kitchen Items

  • Refrigerator
  • Dishes (plastic or tin)

  • Plastic food

  • Broom, dustpan

  • Pans, silverware
  • Dishpan
  • Empty fruit and vegetable cans, etc. Band-aids

*HCS accepts only new and unused items. Larger gently used items that are in excellent condition may considered but needs prior approval.
