Private Pay Visitation Services

HCS offers visitation and monitored exchanges at our main office located at 5701 W Talavi Blvd Suite 201, Glendale, AZ 85306. Visits in the community or at our farm location are also available based on court documents and guardian approval. All parties must complete an intake before services may begin. See below for information on pricing, suggested items to bring to the visit, and some of our safety guidelines.

In Office Fees

□ $35.00 one-time fee for Intake Appointment (required for all services)

□ $35.00 per exchange for Monitored Exchanges in Office

□ $60.00 per hour for Supervised Visitation with 3 or fewer children

□ $70.00 per hour for Supervised Visitation with more than 3 children

 

Community-Based or Farm Office Fees

□ $90.00 per hour for Supervised Visitation with 3 or fewer children

□ $100.00 per hour for Supervised Visitation with more than 3 children

 

Potential Additional Fees

□ $10.00 per hour per Additional Participants

□ $70.00 per hour for Court Appearances

□ $20.00 Cancellation Fee for party canceling if not at least 24 hours in advance

Office hours for in-office visits:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

No Sunday availability.
