Hope Community Services is a state contracted provider agency to deliver the required training for you to become a foster, kinship or adoptive parent. Foster, adoptive and kinship parents must attend an Orientation and Pre-service Training classes to become licensed. Once licensed, foster and adoptive parents must complete six hours of Advanced Training Educational Workshops to remain in licensing compliance.
January 22nd - February 19th | Saturdays 9am - 12pm

February 26th - March 26th | Saturdays 9pm - 12pm
April 14th - May 12th | Thursdays 6pm - 9pm
May 3rd - May 31st | Tuesdays 6pm - 9pm
May 28th - June 25th | Saturdays 9am - 12pm

This is a FREE four-hour class; a certificate of completion will be provided. PAX Tools is a collection of evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies to improve cooperation and self-regulation with youth. PAX Tools draws on decades of science to create strategies that support parents, youth workers, and other caring adults to create a nurturing environment that ultimately helps kids thrive! This is a virtual training done with AZ Kids Consortium. Receive 6 hours of training credit for attendance all day. More details to come.
